If you have tests or X-Rays scheduled before your appointment with us, please have those done.
Please have your X-rays, MRI or CT scan films or CDs given to you before your appointment and bring them with you.
Worker's Comp
Please confirm with our office that your appointment has been booked as a worker's compensation appointment. These appointments must be handled differently than regular insurance appointments. If we do not set them up properly from the beginning, your medical care could be delayed or even discontinued.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
If your problem involves a motor vehicle accident, please call our office to confirm whether you can be seen.
Please bring the actual films or CDs appropriate to your problem with you to your appointment. Dr. Ricca will need to review the actual images and cannot try to care for you with just a radiology report. If you do not bring your CD or films with you, he may still see you but may also need to reschedule another appointment when you can return with your films. This will only lengthen the time before your care can actually begin.
If you have any questions or problems prior to your visit with us, please call or message us through your MyChart portal our as soon as possible.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office as soon as possibe. There are always people on the cancellation list who would appreciate having your cancelled appointment.
